Refund policy

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process any items that come back to our warehouse.

Our policy lasts for 14 days after a customer has received their order. If 14 days have passed since your order was fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before ordering from our website please check clothes or shoes sizes. If they are no size details ask our online service team or take 1 or 2 sizes above your normal size as our clothes and shoes sizes details are all Asians based models (Korean and Chinese).


There are some situations where only partial refunds are given :

1. Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or cannot be resold for reasons not caused by our error.


2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.



3. We will no longer be refunding women's lingerie due to current health issues and we wish to avoid contact with lingerie.


How to return a product (please follow the procedure below):

1. Follow the steps indicated on your delivery note, fill in the refund or exchange form and indicate the reason for the return.


2. Return your package to the address below.


3. Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it. If the product is not in perfect condition or has been worn, we will not be able to refund you.


4. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return. If the return passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the account to which you made the payment. Payment may take 4-6 business days. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
